Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with UX design, customer experience, and sales partners to gather insights about current and prospective enterprise customer needs to deliver value.
- Work with software and AI engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for customers.
- Own the roadmap and drive strong alignment and excitement across the business and for customers.
- Engage with enterprise customers to deeply understand their needs and align them with the roadmap.
- Define and own outcomes for the roadmap along with pod leads to deliver meaningful success for the enterprise customer segment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, shipping successful Enterprise products.
- Experience with CRM and sales-tech integrations is desired.
- 2+ years as a senior product manager in an empowered product team model.
- Customer-focused mindset with passion for delivering exceptional products that solve problems and deliver value.
- Strategic thinker capable of aligning short-term objectives with long-term roadmap.
- Solid technical understanding and experience in software development, comfortable discussing technical product details with engineers.
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Analytical skills to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and customers at all levels.
Work Model and Location
- Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat hub, working from co-working space 3 days a week.
- Hybrid model to combine in-person collaboration and focused remote work.
- Work hours expected from 11 am to 7:30 pm IST to accommodate teams in Canada, UK, and India.
