Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of the product, from ideation to launch
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination throughout product lifecycles
• Develop roadmap and product execution plan containing key deliverables, milestones, timeline and budget
• Document and track progress of development and features across the product
• Serve as the primary point of contact and build relationships with external stakeholders, such as partners, clients, and community members, and founding teams from portfolio companies to understand their needs, address concerns, and foster positive engagement
• Analyze market data, identify opportunities, and make recommendations to continuously improve our market making performance / existing products
• Manage any internal cross functional resource needs including development, art, design, marketing, to ensure successful product launches
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, regulations, and developments in the crypto market making space
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
• Collaborate with the broader leadership team on strategic initiatives and business planning

Requirements / Skill Sets

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Experience in consulting with demonstrated entrepreneurial capability, preferably in the crypto industry
• Self-starting and highly organized individual with a strong attention to detail
• Strong relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of understanding stakeholder needs and addressing concerns
• Proven ability to manage multiple products simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Familiarity and Passion with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, or other Web3 concepts
