Responsibilities
- Expand pipelines for all positions in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Chile while acting as an ambassador for Insider
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Participate in different projects related to various HR functions as per interest
- Post job ads to job boards and social media platforms
Requirements
- University student in a related field
- Strong recruitment passion and desire to pursue a career in recruitment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Result-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
