Responsibilities
- Work on improving the product catalogue of accessories (pillow, topper, duvet and mattress protector)
- Evaluate existing products and propose ways to increase customer satisfaction by optimizing features, improving quality, reducing returns, etc.
- Support research efforts to help define market strategies including customer research, product communication, pricing, and distribution channels
- Manage projects autonomously, assume project manager role to drive initiatives from planning to execution
- Work with cross-functional squads to achieve product goals
- Document and report progress, adjust plans to meet business and consumer goals
Requirements
- Genuine love for working with physical products and creating enjoyable user experiences
- Strong commercial skills and intuition for customer needs
- Background in business, marketing, or engineering is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong analytical skills coupled with curiosity and intuition to investigate ambiguous problems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to quickly learn new tools
- Work independently once goals and constraints are established, and challenge them if needed
