Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of product leadership experience in SaaS, including 5+ years in a senior role with ownership of roadmap, delivery, and business outcomes
- Demonstrated success in a high-growth, PE- or VC-backed SaaS company that scaled beyond $100M ARR
- Deep experience in vertical SaaS, with a strong track record supporting SMB customers; substantial experience with B2B2C products required
- Skilled at balancing short-term execution with long-term platform scalability in both legacy and new product environments
- Hands-on experience with integrations and API strategy; understands the operational and strategic importance of ecosystem connectivity
- Familiarity with embedding AI, automation, or intelligent workflows into customer-facing software
- Confident decision-maker with excellent communication skills; able to synthesize complexity, gain alignment, and move fast
- Operates with urgency, clarity, and adaptabilityβthrives in dynamic environments with high expectations and constant change
