Responsibilities
- Develop and execute platform product and technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and customer interviews to guide product decisions.
- Collaborate with development, marketing, and analytics teams to serve creators, end users, and internal teams.
- Support creators in content creation, curation, and syndication using content management systems and game engine APIs.
- Facilitate teams in building features for generative games with vibrant communities.
- Design and productionize technology solutions enabling game developers to innovate with AI.
- Use data and analytics for informed decisions on features, user engagement, personalization, optimization, and monetization.
- Operate effectively in an agile environment, adapt to change, and identify growth opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on product vision and strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Lead or similar role in social media, streaming platforms, or gaming platforms.
- Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks and improving deployment pipeline efficiency.
- Experience in free-to-play game businesses, both development and operations.
- Ability to operate independently and thrive under ambiguity.
- Self-starter with strong initiative.
- Strong analytical skills using data to drive decisions.
- Deep understanding of platform technologies supporting personalization and live ops customization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
