Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to the definition and execution of the global Customer Lifecycle roadmap with local insights.
  • Focus on data accuracy, reliability, and integration across the Customer Lifecycle platform.
  • Identify global opportunities with business teams to improve efficiency and translate insights into initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end feature development from discovery to delivery and monitoring results.
  • Build and maintain the product backlog ensuring alignment with company OKRs and business strategy.
  • Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders across the company including Business, Innovation, Customer Experience, Finance, and Legal teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful product initiatives and alignments.
  • Drive adoption of commercial tools and best practices by monitoring usage KPIs and delivering training sessions.
  • Develop and maintain clear, accessible, and up-to-date documentation and adapt global materials for local markets.
  • Run agile ceremonies with development teams, prioritize features, and follow up on sprint execution.
  • Manage the product backlog in Jira and organize strategic documentation in Notion.
  • Measure impact of deliveries with relevant metrics and iterate as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role preferably in SaaS, CRM, or internal tooling environments.
  • Hands-on experience with customer lifecycle tools such as Salesforce, DocuSign, Marketing Cloud, Qualtrics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and delivering solutions in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with focus on data accuracy and integration.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities from data insights and turn them into actionable initiatives.
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
  • Skilled in defining product vision, setting roadmaps, and leading end-to-end product cycles.
  • High proficiency in Jira, Notion, and other product management tools.
  • Familiarity with KPIs related to tool adoption, sales productivity, cycle time, and platform usage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience in change management and driving tool adoption through training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience running agile ceremonies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with customer-centric and results-driven mindset.
  • Curious, proactive, and autonomous with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
