Responsibilities
- Own the B2B product roadmap end-to-end, defining and shipping features that drive business adoption and expansion
- Serve as the standard-bearer for high-quality customer interactions, trusted by our founders and leadership team to represent product
- Partner closely with marketing, customer success, and sales leaders to architect go-to-market motion
- Deliver features for team collaboration including workspace management, permissions, user provisioning, and admin controls
- Drive and prioritize business-specific features like SSO, SCIM, audit logs, security compliance, and data governance
- Lead discovery and sequencing of workplace integrations and API capabilities for business use cases
- Balance needs of SMB and business customers while maintaining consumer-grade product offering
- Work hands-on with engineers to ship complex, scalable systems meeting business needs
- Define success metrics and drive ambitious goals for revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product management with at least 3+ years focused on B2B PLG SaaS or nascent AI GTM motions
- Technical fluency to discuss complex tradeoffs with senior backend engineers around security, scalability, and integrations
- Strong quantitative analysis skills and self-starter approach to analysis
- Experience working with top-tier designers to ship polished user experiences for end users and admins
- Proven track record partnering with sales and customer success teams to inform product strategy and drive revenue outcomes
- Deep care for engineering velocity and willingness to handle various tasks supporting engineering success
- Customer empathy and ability to translate enterprise requirements into elegant product solutions
Bonus points for
- Product strategy experience doing 0-1 product work or owning strategy for significant B2B product areas
- Experience with enterprise features like SSO, SCIM, compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR), or workplace integrations
- Background at product-led growth companies that scaled from prosumer to enterprise
- Entrepreneurial background at startups or eagerness to work in startup environments
- Experience in collaboration tools, productivity software, or content creation platforms
Compensation & benefits
- Base annual salary range is $180-270k
