Role Overview

• Own client AI initiatives from conception through delivery
• Shape AI solution implementation working with technical leadership and stakeholders
• Manage multiple client engagements and specialty contractors
• Drive AI product deployments

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into AI product strategies
• Define scope, success metrics, and requirements
• Own product roadmaps and backlogs for client projects
• Identify resource needs per project phase
• Evaluate AI tools and platforms
• Produce technical documentation and integration specs
• Manage end-to-end delivery for AI initiatives
• Coordinate with ML engineers, data engineers, designers
• Lead client meetings and feedback sessions
• Track timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Resolve blockers and technical decisions
• Ensure smooth handoffs between phases and teams
• Partner on solution architecture
• Participate in pre-sales and feasibility assessments
• Build vendor and technology partner relationships
• Develop reusable AI frameworks and best practices
• Monitor AI trends identifying opportunities
• Support practice growth

Core Requirements

• 5-7+ years product/project management in technical environments
• 1+ year hands-on AI/ML project exposure
• Proven management of complex technical projects with distributed teams
• Client-facing and stakeholder management experience
• Preferred background in startups, agencies, or consulting
• Engineering background preferred (CS degree, bootcamp, or experience)
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and APIs
• Familiarity with AI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering)
• Experience in technical documentation and architecture diagrams
• Data-driven decision making and analytics skills
• Exceptional communication bridging technical and business teams
• Business mindset including budgeting
• Self-directed with ownership mentality
• Fast learner and resourceful
• Strong organizational skills
• C1 English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic scripting (Python, SQL, etc.)
• Hands-on AI tools experience (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with modern AI concepts and API integrations
• Understanding data pipelines and ETL processes
• Agile/scrum methodology familiarity
