Responsibilities
- Drive roadmap and release excellence by establishing a predictable release operating model with Product and Engineering.
- Lead cross-functional product education sessions and partner on release tooling such as flagging, rollback, and observability.
- Build structured intake channels for clinician and customer feedback and translate signals into insights.
- Launch Ambience's AI Lab and Early Access Program to accelerate innovation and customer engagement.
- Define the Product Development Lifecycle with clear gates and exit criteria.
- Develop enablement playbooks and materials to help Product Managers, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success teams bring features to market consistently.
- Build BI dashboards to track adoption, usage, ROI, and clinical outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or Product Management with a proven record of building operational systems.
- Systems thinker able to design scalable processes and frameworks addressing complex, ambiguous problems.
- Cross-functional leader able to align Product, Engineering, GTM, and CS around a shared plan and influence without direct authority.
- Strong communicator skilled in tailoring messages for various audiences.
- Analytical and data-driven with fluency in building dashboards and translating raw product data into actionable insights.
- Enablement-oriented partner ensuring confidence in communication and adoption of new releases.
- Bonus: Experience in enterprise SaaS, running early access programs or innovation labs, and working in high-growth B2B startups.
