Essential

• Continuous Discovery Expert: Proven ability to apply structured discovery frameworks (Opportunity Solution Trees, User Story Maps) to complex platform challenges.
• Domain Expertise & Fluency: Strong background in internal platform architecture relating to data governance, back-office processes, compliance, and security principles.
• Technical Rigor: Ability to understand technical complexity and guide technical decisions ensuring security and compliance requirements are integrated into system design.
• Empowerment and Alignment: Manage diverse stakeholders and empower development teams by defining clear objectives while maintaining cross-team alignment.
• 5+ years in product, data, or technical roles with exposure to internal systems or platforms.
