Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce a high volume of simple but engaging mini-games in collaboration with the Game Producer.
- Create clean, intuitive layouts for games with a focus on simplicity and user engagement.
- Build smooth transitions, micro-interactions, and game flows using Framer Motion.
- Deliver polished visuals, icons, and assets for brain-training mini-games.
- Use AI design tools to accelerate production while maintaining quality.
- Ensure all games meet a high visual and usability standard.
- Work directly with the Game Producer, turn game mechanics into playable, visually polished experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio of digital product/game design (preferably mobile-first).
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and After Effects (or similar tools).
- Experience designing interactive or game-like interfaces.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and user-centered design.
- Ability to deliver quick, high-quality work in a high-pressure environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with casual/mobile games or gamification.
- Motion design & micro-interactions expertise.
- Understanding of retention/engagement-focused design.
- Experience in EdTech or mobile-first consumer products.
Location
- Applicants must be located within approximately Β± 4 hours of CET to ensure optimal collaboration and communication.
