- Optimized Pricing & Packaging Strategy - Lead comprehensive pricing evaluations in partnership with finance, model revenue impact scenarios, and execute new packaging strategies that maximize monetization
In This Role You Can Expect To
- Define the roadmap for the growth team, articulating tradeoffs with various stakeholders to build consensus
- Conduct data analysis using both point-and-click tools like Sigma and raw SQL queries to find opportunities & analyze experiments
- Launch experiments in conjunction with engineers and through testing software such as VWO
- Partner closely with software engineering, design, and product marketing to drive subscription growth.
- Lead pricing and packaging strategy initiatives, collaborating with finance to model revenue scenarios and working with engineering to implement changes
- Build and maintain growth dashboards and reporting systems to track key metrics
- Present experiment results and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders with clear, data-backed insights
