Job Description

Resilia is looking to hire a either Senior Product Manager or Product Manager II to build user centric products nonprofits and funders love to use to meet their capacity building goals. This product manager will work within the Knowledge pod, helping our nonprofits connect with content that is most relevant to their role to move their professional development forward. The role will report directly to the VP of Product. 

What to Expect:

  • First Week: You will receive a 30-60-90 day onboarding plan, get set up with all the technologies that support your work in a remote environment, and start to meet other Resilians.
  • First Month: You will establish relationships with your pod leads, onboard onto your podโ€™s area of ownership, and contribute to current work on the pod. You will monitor key product KPIs and metrics, evaluating performance to guide continuous improvement. You will delve into the nonprofit and philanthropic industry, getting to know our users and their pain points through our voice of the customer (VOC) initiative, Gong calls, feedback surveys, and more. 
  • First Six Months: You will engage, collaborate and align with stakeholders, client teams and your pod to manage expectations, experiment together, and build a cohesive cross-functional strategy. You will monitor industry trends to position Resilia as a leader in the capacity building space. You will act as a product evangelist for a podโ€™s strategy and overall Resilia product strategy, keeping the pod and stakeholders informed and excited about where we are going.
  • First Year: You will move the needle on pod OKRs and KPIs, increasing engagement and outcomes for our nonprofits. You will own the knowledge roadmap and improve Resiliaโ€™s growth with a 25% increase in monthly active organizations over the year through improved onboarding, activation, and engagement.

About You 

  • You're jazzed about being the primary product manager assigned to a pod focused on helping noprofits advance in their own professional development and learning journeys
  • You have 4-10 years experience working as a product manager in a cross functional development pod and are able to lead design initiatives centered on the user
  • You believe in the impact and importance of design in creating features and products users love and love to use
  • You use an outcomes oriented product prioritization approach combined with strong experience in and a commitment to user research
  • You engage users through a well rounded toolkit of qualitative and quantitative methodologies in partnership with Design
  • You continuously test the market to ensure a product is moving toward product/market fit
  • You seek to understand the full lifecycle our users through both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and create growth funnels and frameworks for experimentation
  • You actively listen and share relevant information, adopting a continuous feedback approach to ensure a high-performing pod
  • You place trust in your team's skills and allow designers to own their podโ€™s domain work
  • You thrive in an environment where one needs to embrace change, ambiguity, and speed while keeping the best interests of the company and the buyer/user front and center

Where and When We Work

Weโ€™re a remote-first company with team members across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. For the most part, we work on East Coast hours. We do have clients who work from Eastern to Pacific time and do our best to accommodate their schedules. Compensation Range: $130K - $160K
