Responsibilities
- Own and execute on the product roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams across time zones to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure go-to-market readiness, customer success, and ongoing product alignment with market needs.
- Lead customer discovery, research, and stakeholder sessions to gather insights and validate assumptions.
- Use a data-driven approach to prioritize features and define success metrics.
- Drive continuous delivery of incremental value, focused on user outcomes.
- Take full ownership and accountability of your product areaβseeing initiatives through from concept to delivery, creating user stories, acceptance criteria and managing product backlog.
- Help shape and evolve the overall product strategy, aligning with company goals and user feedback.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B product management experience. Enterprise SaaS is a must have for this position.
- Experience in FinTech, RegTech, or complex financial systems is a strong plus.
- Skilled in working within Agile development environments, across distributed teams.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives with engineering, sales, marketing, and support.
- Highly curious and analytical, with a strong ability to translate user and business needs into actionable solutions.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information, and driving projects forward.
- Strong communication and facilitation skillsβyou can lead a customer call or a team sprint review with equal confidence.
