Responsibilities
- Lead major strategic product areas tied to company OKRs and long-term roadmap
- Own multi-pod product initiatives from vision to launch to scaling
- Develop product strategy in partnership with clinical, operations, and engineering leadership
- Operate with deep fluency in product, business, and technical dimensions of your domain, including active leadership in system architecture and infrastructure design
- Use AI tools and Pairs internal platform to rapidly build and iterate on functional prototypes and workflow automations not just author PRDs
- Use data (quantitative + qualitative) to shape decisions, measure outcomes, and iterate effectively
- Mentor other PMs and engineers through informal coaching, modeling strong product thinking and execution

Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally with prior ownership of a complex, high-impact product area
- Experience leading cross-functional product initiatives across product, engineering, design, and operations
- Fluency with technical systems and ability to work closely with engineering partners
- Strong user research and data analysis skills; able to generate insights from both
- Deep curiosity and humility, especially about underserved communities and complex care delivery
- Bonus: Experience working in high-growth startup environments with rapidly evolving business needs
