Role

  • Lead the Seller Activation squad to optimize the end-to-end experience turning sellers into active iwocaPay users.
  • Own the activation journey from product presentation to integration with sales channels.
  • Partner with data, tech, and sales teams to design and deliver seamless activation solutions.

Impact and Ownership

  • Lead the development and delivery of the Seller Activation roadmap.
  • Work with data analysts to identify opportunities and monitor feature performance.
  • Collaborate with tech, design, and product marketing to deliver improvements.

Collaboration and Influence

  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand seller workflows and pain points.
  • Partner with sales and commercial teams to capture feedback and enhance onboarding.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine product presentation to prospective sellers.

Growth and Development

  • Become a subject matter expert on iwocaPay integrations and best practices.
  • Own key business metrics impacting iwocaPay’s success and drive performance.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions.
  • Experience in product or strategy roles focusing on customer needs and problem solving.
  • Understanding of API or third-party integrations and guiding technical discussions.
  • Confidence in representing product externally to customers and stakeholders.

Bonus

  • Familiarity with SaaS products in business operations context.
  • Experience using HubSpot for marketing, sales, or service.
  • Experience with e-commerce plugins like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
