Responsibilities
- Continuously evolve a compelling multi-year product vision aligned with Addeparβs mission and growth strategy
- Establish scalable processes for product planning, roadmapping, and metrics-driven execution
- Manage products from concept to MVP to scaled solution, driving toward product-market fit with rigor and agility
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation by driving ideation from initial concept through MVP and onto scalable solutions
- Embed client research and validation into the product development lifecycle to ensure solutions deliver measurable value
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver platform-centric and highly integrated solutions
- Align with Go-to-Market teams to launch and commercialize new offerings
- Assess and refine the product org structure, career paths, and leadership layer to support scale and collaboration
- Mentor and develop high-performing product managers and leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and ownership
- Stay ahead of industry trends in wealth, asset, and investment management; evolve product direction accordingly
- Lead with a platform mindset balancing horizontal scalability with vertical client value
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in product management, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in fintech, ideally in investment platforms, advisor tools, or institutional software
- Demonstrated success operating at scale in high-growth or enterprise environments
- Strong business acumen connecting product execution to business performance
Qualifications
- Visionary and strategic with proven ability to define and communicate clear product direction
- Proven track record of end-to-end product ownership, from zero-to-one to scaled adoption
- Grounded in customer-centric development, integrating user research and validation into product decisions
- Deeply fluent in financial systems, with experience in portfolio management, investor workflows, or trading systems
- Skilled in technical collaboration with engineering and data teams on platform and infrastructure investments
- Experienced in go-to-market alignment, partnering with commercial teams to launch and scale products
- Adept at aligning product strategy to business outcomes including growth and client retention
- Experienced in building and scaling product organizations in high-growth or complex environments
- Strong people leader with a track record of mentoring talent and building collaborative culture
