The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile industry. The Engineering & Data team plays a key role in Voodooβs long-term strategy. It enables Voodoo to both accelerate product diversification and provide a state of the art growth-engine to distribute and scale our games. They create innovative solutions that drive growth with a pragmatic approach, ranging from simple searching to complex machine learning systems.
You will be a part of a team of 5-7 Developers, including a Tech Lead and a Product Designer, working on building a gaming platform for Experimentation (AB Testing), LiveOps (Offers, Segmentation), and Remote Content Management.
While the Experimentation features are largely mature, LiveOps & Remote Content Management are being actively developed this year.
This position is based in Paris and requires to come to the office 2-3 days a week (hybrid)
Role
- Drive Product Discovery: You will use data, user interviews, and other discovery tools to surface and understand user problems
- Prioritize key initiatives: You will identify needle-moving work and build a comprehensive roadmap around them
- Execution: Work closely with Tech Lead, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to drive development and delivery of key features & results
Profile
- You have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related field
- You have a solid experience as a Product Manager
- Youβre highly driven and autonomous
- Youβre hyper-analytical: you are obsessed with metrics, test your hypotheses rigorously, and make data-driven decisions.
- You have an intuitive feel for UI and UX. You have basic design skills in Figma
- You are adaptable and can deal with ambiguity and challenging situations & stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment
- You have excellent written and verbal English
- You are a keen interest in gaming
- Nice to have: previous experience in a gaming company
