Responsibilities
- Identify & Prioritize Opportunities: Partner with enterprise customers to uncover high-revenue, high-value opportunities that shape our product strategy.
- Own Customer Outcomes: Act as an extension of post-sales ensuring blockers are removed, integrations work, and enterprise adoption expands.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Build trusted relationships with technical users, ensuring issues are surfaced, owned, and resolved with speed and quality.
- Bridge Customer & Engineering: Translate developer needs (APIs, integrations, docs, workflows) into intuitive user flows and actionable specs.
- Partner with Sales & CS: Collaborate on land-and-expand motions, ensuring enterprise success turns into expansion.
- Execute Relentlessly: Balance strategic thinking with a bias to action driving multiple initiatives forward with clarity, speed, and proactive communication.
- Build products that developers love: design intuitive user flows and coach an engineering team to ship higher quality products faster.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management in high-growth SaaS, including 2+ years in enterprise B2B with land-and-expand or post-sales visibility.
- Track record of identifying and executing on high-revenue enterprise opportunities while influencing product direction.
- Strong empathy for technical users; familiarity with APIs, developer workflows, and integration challenges.
- Analytical fluency: comfortable with instrumentation, metrics, dashboards, and making data-driven calls.
- Excellent product judgment and an eye for elegant, intuitive UX.
- Strong collaboration skills with a proven ability to partner with Sales, CS, Marketing and Engineering.
- Comfort with technical concepts and ability to work closely with engineering to define specs and resolve challenges.
- Highly coachable with a demonstrated ability to maintain an open mind, take feedback onboard, learn from it, and continuously improve.
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Bonus: Experience in AI cloud platforms, model training, or inference.
