Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in consumer technology to lead the development and enhancement of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging technology to create an unrivaled Member experience throughout their Biograph journey.
Responsibilities
As an early member of our product team you will have the opportunity to shape Biograph's technology, product, and culture.
Responsibilities include:
- Be the champion of our Members. Gather insights across all Member touch points, and use them to advocate and implement changes that elevate their experience and drive engagement.
- Use insights to inform product strategy. Analyze Member needs and market trends to identify areas for development, prioritizing those that align best with our business goals.
- Turn an idea into reality. Create and execute a plan of action to build and maintain new offerings and features that improve the Member experience.
- Influence cross-functionally. Work with clinicians, designers, engineers, and operators to monitor Member engagement and make your product vision a reality.
- Obsess over details. Have an in-depth understanding over every aspect of the Member experience, and strong attention to detail when developing project plans and documenting new tools or features so anyone on the team can support it.
Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years in Product Management
- Has worked in an ambiguous startup environment
- Consumer-facing product development experience, ideally in the health and wellness space
- Experience building products from 0-1
- Ability to work with and manage a cross-functional team
- Can gather and translate customer insights into product strategy
- Can ruthlessly prioritize, focusing on business critical outcomes
- Desire to learn new skills and use them to address product needs
Location
This is a hybrid role based in New York City. The ideal candidate is based in the New York City area.

- Compensation depends on level and years of experience ($155-185k) + equity in Biograph
