Responsibilities
- Ensure new products are fast and built on accurate and complete data.
- Unlock innovation and insights by partnering with visual analytics, journey analytics, AI, mobile teams and more.
- Anticipate customer needs and opportunities to drive innovation and differentiation in analytics.
- Improve the efficiency of services and experience for users.
Requirements
- Strategic Leadership: Define and drive major technical innovations and strategy to create competitive advantages.
- Cross-Org Influence: Align and mobilize stakeholders across product lines, engineering, legal, and GTM.
- Customer & Market Research: Work closely with customers to understand and support their needs and anticipate future market trends.
- Engineering Partnership: Build strong partnerships with engineering to meet customer needs and business goals.
- Technical Understanding of Data Systems: Work closely with engineering on technical decisions and understand pros and cons of technologies.
- Experience in Data products is advantageous.
- Enterprise-Ready: Experience with B2B SaaS environments including security- and compliance-conscious customers.
