About The Role
- You will join our Travel Product team focused on driving the vision, strategy and execution of engagement and retention initiatives for our Super+ members.
- You will be responsible for continuing to evolve the S+ Travel experience across Core Benefits, Expanding S+ Value, and Platform.
- Lead a Mission-Aligned Team (MAT) of cross functional members including Engineers, Designers, Growth, Data and more.
- Set quarterly goals (OKRs) and lead your team to achieve them.
- Gather buy-in from stakeholders, develop and execute roadmaps by writing PRDs and launching experiments.
- Collaborate with other teams to share learnings and avoid feature collisions.
- Role reports to Sr. Group PM and involves exposure to executives.
- Must possess excellent leadership, communication, and data analysis skills with a bias for action and ownership.
What You'll Be Working On
- Drive Outcomes by setting and delivering on OKRs and mission of the MAT.
- Lead the MAT & Roadmap, accountable for team performance and outcomes.
- Spearhead Product Requirements by defining product features and specifications in PRDs and writing experiment designs.
- Lead Experimentation & Data Analysis using data and experimentation to validate hypotheses.
- Manage Stakeholders including executives and adjacent MAT lead teammates.
- Own the customer experience end to end in your domain.
- Build Customer Empathy by researching and understanding customers and actively using the product.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in B2C product management with retention and engagement experience.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including growth, design, engineering, data, and UXR.
- Experience in executing product roadmaps, shipping features, and conducting experiments.
- Proven record of launching successful products and features from 0 to 1 and scaling from 1 to 100.
- Strong project management and communication skills with teams and executives.
- Data-driven analytical thinker with ability to back statements with facts.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity with strong bias for action and growth mindset.
- Willingness to engage deeply in execution and strategic planning.
