Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple functional teams for requirements alignment and progress tracking
• Lead QA for Data pipelines (AI & Crawler systems) and set up efficient business processes
• Support engineering tasks related to dataset preparation and data quality checks
• Manage multiple data projects and lead QA for Data Pipelines daily
• Deliver highly accurate data across product/engineering requirements
• Work with data annotation service teams with daily coordination and progress tracking
• Collaborate with Product, AI, and Crawler teams for data preparation and QA requirements
• Define clear, scalable QA processes for data inputs and pipelines
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data inputs
• Assess risks to delivery timelines and provide recommendations
• Investigate issues to ensure process adherence and project success
• Lead initiatives to reduce manual effort and enhance productivity, including automation
• Continuously evolve processes based on feedback from Product & Engineering teams
• Assess staffing needs to support multiple initiatives
• Coordinate between internal and external teams for data projects
• Report findings and maintain project status trackers
• Establish effective stakeholder communication channels
• Create and manage clear, scalable documentation and knowledge transfer processes
• Improve operational processes and standardize best practices across the organization
• Create and manage operational workflows

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in operations, strategy, or equivalent roles
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Excellent English communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
• Highly organized with attention to tracking, documentation, and process improvement
• Experience scaling early-stage products and rapid learning abilities
• Proficiency with Excel, JIRA (JQL), Confluence, Google Workspace, Loom, Slack

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
• Experience working with multiple data annotation vendors
• Construction or building engineering experience with product specification knowledge
• Experience with web crawlers or QA for AI data pipelines
• Experience in technology products for construction or similar industries (automotive, aerospace, manufacturing)
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
