Role

  • Own the Platform roadmap and drive the development of shared services that power SmarterDx’s product ecosystem, including:
    • User login experience and authentication
    • User settings and configuration management
    • Billing and invoicing portal
    • Customer Success and client support integrations (e.g., Zendesk, ChurnZero)
    • Internal tools and shared infrastructure supporting all products
    • SmarterMetrics (metrics and insights platform)
  • Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data, CS, Implementation) to deliver platform capabilities efficiently and reliably.
  • Define and track key success metrics for shared platform adoption and performance.
  • Partner with Customer Success to design and implement client communication and support experiences.
  • Coordinate with other PMs to align shared features, dependencies, and platform rollouts across product teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, ideation, prioritization, delivery, and post-launch optimization.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions about how the Platform supports future products within the SmarterDx portfolio.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience working at an early-stage company or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • 2-3+ years of experience working within the healthtech space, ideally in RCM and/or B2B products.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, EHR integrations, claims data).
  • Proven experience managing shared features and services across multiple product lines.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and UX teams to drive product success.
  • Experience managing both external and internal (Customer Success, Implementations, Clients etc.) stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and technical fluency; able to translate between business needs and engineering realities.
  • Ability to define and execute a roadmap that balances immediate needs with long-term platform scalability.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with integrations of tools like ZenDesk and ChurnZero.
  • Strong understanding of Healthcare claims data.
  • Proficiency in SQL or other data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with EHRs (Epic, Cerner).
