Responsibilities
- Streamline the user research pipeline by auditing workflows, removing bottlenecks, and designing scalable operations including recruiting participants, research scheduling, synthesis, and insight distribution.
- Own requirements, evaluation, and rollout of tooling like Pendo, Mixpanel, and Dovetail to ensure a balanced mix across usage, experimentation, user feedback, and research.
- Define the Product Intelligence roadmap by acting as a bridge between analytics, product, and operations to prioritize features and champion impact.
- Build frameworks and operations to enhance cross-functional velocity and reduce friction between Product, Marketing, CS, Design, and other teams, ensuring smoother launches and clearer responsibilities.
- Execute hands-on prototyping using AI tools, automation, scripts, and dashboards to develop new processes or tooling.
- Evangelize new tooling and processes by driving adoption, documenting best practices, and coaching teams on workflows and methodologies.
- Define and iterate metrics for operations effectiveness such as time-to-insight, launch quality, and research throughput.
Requirements
- 2+ years in Product Operations and 5+ years professional experience in related roles.
- Experience applying AI and automation to research operations, process workflows, or tooling.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling research operations in dynamic environments.
- Familiarity or ability to quickly master modern product and research tools including Pendo, Mixpanel, Dovetail, FullStory, and Looker.
- Strong data fluency, comfortable with metrics interpretation, KPI definition, and writing queries or specifications.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
- Bias toward action with the ability to prototype, ship, and iterate.
- Experience working remotely and asynchronously.
