Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Shopify experiences aligned with company growth goals
- Lead product management for a cross-functional team with 70% hands-on execution including specs, backlog, and working with engineering/design teams
- Spend 30% on strategic leadership including mentoring, multi-year GTM strategy, and managing expectations
- Lead ideation, development, and launch of intelligent solutions driving LTV, fraud prevention, and seamless experiences
- Serve as subject matter expert on Shopify platform including APIs, OMS, POS, shipping, payments, and analytics
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate product strategy into value propositions and enablement materials
- Engage with largest Shopify merchants to gather feedback and champion their needs
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience at B2B2C SaaS scale-ups with deep Shopify ecosystem knowledge
- Track record of leading development and launch of successful native Shopify e-commerce apps
- Expert understanding of Shopify domains such as order management, payment processing, returns, and analytics
- Hands-on experience with Shopify technical platform including APIs, webhooks, and Shopify Flows
- Experience or strong understanding of e-commerce logistics and post-purchase operations
- Player-coach mindset with eagerness to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to articulate strategic vision and detailed requirements
- Prior experience managing and mentoring product managers
