About the Role
- Act as a trusted Webflow product expert for new and existing customers.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to accelerate time to value by guiding customers through onboarding and implementation.
- Share best practices from experience building large Webflow sites, including CMS architecture, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Create reusable templates, demos, and site examples to simplify Webflow adoption.
- Advocate for customers by sharing feedback with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
- Inspire confidence by demonstrating Webflow's potential in real-world scenarios.
Requirements
- 2β4 years experience building and launching complex Webflow sites (freelance, agency, or in-house).
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills and Attributes
- Strong portfolio showing advanced CMS, animations, integrations, and performance work in Webflow.
- Confident communicator able to explain technical concepts in customer-friendly ways.
- Collaboration skills with designers, marketers, developers, and executives.
- Proactive, organized, able to manage multiple customer relationships, contribute to templates and tooling.
