Position Overview
- Own all aspects of the identity business, including product line growth strategy.
- Drive field success within WatchGuard sales and partner community.
- Collaborate with Senior VP of Product Management and other senior leaders.
- Use product line P&L to lead identity business operations.
- Report bi-weekly to upper management on OKRs and financial metrics alignment.

Requirements
- General Manager or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and FIDO2.
- Hands-on experience with identity platforms like Okta, Duo, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, or SailPoint.
- Ability to align identity strategy with enterprise security architecture and business objectives.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and interfacing with engineering, sales, marketing, compliance, and audit stakeholders.
- Understanding of Zero Trust principles applied to identity workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, experienced with executive leadership and board presentations.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001 related to identity.
- Proven experience leading M&A integration from an identity perspective.
- Familiarity with identity threat detection technologies and identity-centric security operations.
- Ability to influence and drive change across organizational boundaries and levels.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of progressive product management experience.
- Bachelorβs or masterβs degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- More than 10 years progressive cybersecurity experience with at least 5 years in identity, access management, or multi-factor authentication leadership roles.
- Over 5 years of experience in a channel lead sales organization.
