Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize Spotifyβs global ad production ecosystem driving efficiency, accuracy, and reliability across tools, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead continuous improvement of creative tooling systems using AI and automation to enhance production workflows and reduce friction.
- Support the design and operation of structured programs for Spotifyβs Creative Partner Network to drive partner and advertiser engagement.
- Partner with Finance and third-party vendors to manage and standardize global billing, payment, and crediting workflows ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
- Build and maintain standardized practices, documentation, and training to enable scalable and consistent operations globally.
- Provide operational insights and reporting to leadership, surfacing risks early and driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in creative operations, ad production, or vendor management within a global organization or creative agency.
- Proven ability to build and manage scalable creative production systems, AI tools, and workflows.
- Stays ahead of industry trends and new developments in the AI space.
- Exceptional communicator and relationship builder with experience partnering across vendors, sales, project management, and operations teams.
- Analytical and organized, track record of using data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with creative and production management tools such as Asana, Coda, Jira, Salesforce and financial tracking systems.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment.
- Passionate about systems design, innovation, and empowering teams to work more effectively.
Work Location and Mode
- Role based in New York with a hybrid working approach.
- Some travel and in-person engagements expected.
