Your Impact
- Acts as a core member of product development squads with accountability for clinical direction and outcomes.
- Collaborates with Clinical/CD leaders and SMEs to establish evidence-based Clinical Point-of-View guiding prioritization.
- Advises cross-functional teams on behavioral frameworks and digital intervention models.
- Partners with EPD to integrate behavioral science principles to improve engagement and outcomes.
- Reviews and applies behavioral science literature for product development and optimization.
- Evaluates trade-offs across clinical, business, and user factors to propose effective solutions.
- Leads stakeholder alignment and provides clinical thought leadership and strategic guidance.
- Represents product decisions to the broader Clinical organization.
- Ensures product work is evidence-based, clinically safe, and aligned with standards of care.
- Recommends clinical product process improvements for efficient outcomes.
- Uses data and metrics to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.

You Possess
- PhD in Clinical Psychology, Health Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field specializing in health behavior intervention and chronic disease management.
- 5+ years postdoctoral experience including digital health or healthcare technology setting.
- Experience applying behavioral science for chronic condition management like diabetes, hypertension, obesity.
- Expertise in behavioral theory, intervention design, and digital or hybrid health application.
- Successful collaboration with Product and Design teams to translate science into user experiences.
- Ability to design, implement, and evaluate behavior change strategies balancing scientific integrity and product constraints.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with stellar communication skills.
- Skilled in data-driven decision-making using metrics to assess outcomes.
- Aligned with company strategies, able to develop team goals connecting to company objectives.
- Collaborative and inclusive approach building trust across functions.
