Role Overview

  • Responsible for conceiving and building AI-powered tools for 200+ coaches and instructors.
  • Manage AI Agents and front-ends to data warehouse for 15,000+ apprentices.
  • Individual contributor role, focusing on product delivery, influence, and problem-solving.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and manage external contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Define the vision and roadmap for internal AI and no-code tools ensuring alignment with company goals and users.
  • Conduct user research to understand workflows, pain points, and needs.
  • Prioritize features based on impact, business value, and feasibility.
  • Lead development of AI-first solutions from prototyping to deployment using no-code and agentic platforms.
  • Manage launch, define success metrics, and iterate based on data.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams on data pipelines and infrastructure ensuring security and ethical AI use.
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and manage the internal tooling ecosystem and backlog.

Requirements

  • 5+ years product management experience, ideally in automations, AI/ML, or data warehouse front-ends.
  • Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Retool, Replit), agentic platforms (e.g., Zapier, n8n), and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Fluency in generative AI, prompt engineering, and applying AI to business problems.
  • Strong data fluency to define and track metrics and collaborate with teams.
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive complex projects cross-functionally.
  • Passion for user research and ability to convert ambiguity into action plans.
  • Strong focus on maintainability, security, performance, and ethical AI use.

  • Experience in EdTech.
  • Direct experience building and maintaining internal tools used by large teams.

Success Metrics

  • Rebuild and deliver improvements to legacy tools resulting in measurable efficiency gains.
  • Define and track baseline usage, satisfaction, and reliability metrics for internal tools.
  • Conduct workshops to map tool landscape and user pain points.
  • Establish a prioritized roadmap balancing impact, maintenance, and risk.
