About the Role
- Lead the Apps Squad, owning the roadmap and execution for customer- and trade-facing applications including Checkout, Homeowner Portal, Trade Portal, and new model home experiences.
- Deliver beautiful, intuitive user experiences by collaborating closely with design.
- Translate customer insights into action by engaging with homebuyers, homeowners, and trade partners.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle including writing product briefs, defining user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and testing releases.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and engineering for smooth launches and adoption.
- Champion experimentation and iteration using analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Shape future digital products from concept to prototype to launch.
- Align business goals with user needs balancing human-centered design with data-driven decision-making.
What Youβll Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience building digital consumer or partner-facing products.
- Strong track record delivering exceptional user experiences across web and mobile.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle.
- Deep user empathy and qualitative research instincts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfort working with analytics tools and user data.
- Experience in proptech, e-commerce, or consumer apps is a plus.
- Creative and resourceful mindset, thriving in ambiguity and transforming ideas into products.
