About the Role

  • Lead the Apps Squad, owning the roadmap and execution for customer- and trade-facing applications including Checkout, Homeowner Portal, Trade Portal, and new model home experiences.
  • Deliver beautiful, intuitive user experiences by collaborating closely with design.
  • Translate customer insights into action by engaging with homebuyers, homeowners, and trade partners.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle including writing product briefs, defining user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and testing releases.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and engineering for smooth launches and adoption.
  • Champion experimentation and iteration using analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Shape future digital products from concept to prototype to launch.
  • Align business goals with user needs balancing human-centered design with data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience building digital consumer or partner-facing products.
  • Strong track record delivering exceptional user experiences across web and mobile.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle.
  • Deep user empathy and qualitative research instincts.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfort working with analytics tools and user data.
  • Experience in proptech, e-commerce, or consumer apps is a plus.
  • Creative and resourceful mindset, thriving in ambiguity and transforming ideas into products.
