Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a robust experimentation framework to improve conversion, activation, and engagement across application and onboarding flows.
- Define and execute a product-led growth strategy driving self-serve acquisition and activation across customer segments.
- Reimagine the end-to-end onboarding journey focusing on removing friction, clarifying value, and building trust.
- Partner with data science to understand user behavior, identify opportunities, and measure experiment results.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and risk teams to align on goals and operationalize learnings.
- Develop and scale tools to support rapid experimentation, A/B testing, and instrumentation.
- Define and own key success metrics and improve them continuously.
What You Should Bring
- 6β8+ years of product management experience, including growth, experimentation, or funnel optimization.
- Proven success improving conversion and retention through A/B testing and hypothesis-driven product work.
- Deep experience with product-led growth tactics: onboarding, activation, and engagement loops.
- Strong understanding of experimentation design, statistical rigor, and data interpretation.
- Experience working with acquisition, marketing, and risk teams on financial or application-based funnels.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to align engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
- A systems thinker balancing speed and scale with quality and user trust.
- Experience with financial products, fintech onboarding, or identity verification flows is a strong plus.
