About the role
- Join the Commercial Product team to build Garnerβs internal and client-facing commercial technology ecosystem.
- Play a key leadership role reporting to the Director of Product Management.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve Garnerβs commercial outcomes through stakeholder collaboration.
- Define and prioritize solutions by translating opportunities into product requirements and a focused roadmap.
- Oversee development of production-ready tools with Engineering and Data teams ensuring system stability and efficiency.
- Manage data integration and system interoperability with third-party tools like Salesforce and Iterable.
What you will bring to the team
- 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B, internal tools, or commercial operations software.
- Ability to own complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills focused on data-driven decisions.
- Experience converting manual processes to scalable production tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- High autonomy and ownership in ambiguous problem spaces.
