Position Overview

• Define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of integration ecosystem for secure, scalable healthcare connectivity
• Power data and workflows enabling collaboration and better patient outcomes
• Leverage technical depth, product strategy, and user empathy to solve interoperability challenges
• Work with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver APIs and integration capabilities
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to translate needs into product requirements and solutions
• Drive platform expansion through interoperability and partnerships

What you’ll be doing: Product Vision & Delivery

• Define and refine Integration product line roadmap, strategy, and feature prioritization
• Define KPIs and instrumentation to measure adoption, engagement, and outcomes
• Ensure accurate, reliable data flows between systems aligned to business needs
• Evaluate technical trade-offs balancing scalability, performance, and delivery
• Manage competing stakeholder priorities in fast-paced environment
• Incorporate compliance, security, and governance in product planning
• Mentor junior team members on product management and communication

Customer & Market Insights

• Deliver high-quality solutions independently and collaboratively
• Partner with stakeholders to understand partner and customer needs and pain points
• Anticipate emerging market dynamics and requirements in healthcare and life sciences

Partnership & Value

• Bridge technical and non-technical teams for accessibility and understanding
• Champion high-quality data exchange internally and externally
• Drive engagement and utilization across third-party ecosystems
• Create and maintain materials for implementation and reference

The ideal candidate: Experience and Education

• Minimum 5 years product management experience
• Knowledge or experience in life science or related healthcare industry
• Experience with data-heavy SaaS products, APIs, or developer platforms preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of iterative product management concepts with SaaS products
• Understanding of API design and usage (REST, GraphQL, OAuth2) related to integrations
• Knowledge of interoperability standards (NCPDP, HL7 FHIR) and data security frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST)
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their impact on product capabilities
• Experience with data analytics, ETL, or instrumentation is a plus

Business Acumen

• Ability to translate data insights into business strategies and decisions
• Understanding of business metrics and financial analysis
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance in SaaS/healthcare is a plus

Communication Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication to present complex data to diverse audiences
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Product Management Skills

• Experience in product lifecycle including gathering requirements, prioritization, and roadmap planning
• Work closely with development teams on estimates and clarity
• Operate within Scrum process for iterative decision-making
• Manage trade-offs involving scalability, data quality, and technical debt
• Work with APIs and data flows as core product features
• Strong customer focus with understanding user needs
