Responsibilities
- Running the day-to-day operational rhythm of the team, including Product Reviews, Roadmap Reviews and similar.
- Running our quarterly and annual product planning cycles, overseeing cross-team alignment, to ensure every team is pulling in the same direction.
- Running the product teamβs OKR setting and tracking, ensuring teams have the right goals and stay on track to achieve them.
- Supporting hiring and team planning, ensuring we have the right people in the right spots, and the right teams in place to deliver our strategy.
- Leading initiatives as required, driving with strategic analysis, impact assessment, and recommending paths forward.
- Identifying constant areas of improvement within the product organisation, getting agreement for changes, and bringing them to life.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Support, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases and BI tools.
- Solid understanding of data governance and documentation best practices.
- Experience managing product data pipelines or analytics systems in a SaaS or tech environment.
