Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for rapid scaling.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, and design teams to deliver user-focused, data-backed improvements.
- Drive continuous experimentation β from conversion funnel optimization to feature prioritization.
- Balance user experience with commercial outcomes to maximize retention and LTV.
- Establish clear processes and structure within a fast-moving environment while keeping the entrepreneurial energy alive.
- Identify opportunities for automation, new product lines, and strategic growth bets.
Qualifications
- Has 5+ years in product management, ideally in D2C or subscription-based digital products.
- Experience as a founder, early employee, or product leader in a fast-growing startup.
- Deep understanding of data-driven growth, conversion funnels, and user psychology.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impact under pressure.
- Energized by solving hard problems, owning decisions, and operating autonomously.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
