Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior and funnel data to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities
- Generate and prioritize hypotheses to improve web purchase conversion rate
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests from landing to checkout
- Collaborate closely with user acquisition, creative, analytics, and engineering teams to launch new funnels for different audiences and traffic sources
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation by documenting insights and sharing best practices
- Partner with design & copywriting to refine messaging, copy, and layout for clarity and impact
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or CRO for B2C digital products
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates through experimentation
- Strong grasp of user psychology, UX principles, and experimentation frameworks
- Proficiency with analytics and BI tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau
- Ability to structure clear requirements for designers and developers
- Excellent written and spoken English (upper-intermediate or higher)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with health and fitness products, quiz-based funnels and/or subscription-based products
- Understanding of paid acquisition mechanics (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Experience with Midjourney and other AI tools
