About the role
- Work on the roadmap connecting different products in our suite.
- Collaborate with Engineers and Designers to build next-generation capabilities.
- Focus on Operations Execution, Learning & Development, Labor, and Inventory products.
What youβll do
- Lead customer and product discovery to launch innovative solutions.
- Design and execute on the current product vision.
- Craft and own the product backlog for new features.
- Triage and prioritize bugs to maintain seamless user experience.
- Build personal relationships with customers to understand their needs.
- Drive product development with cross-functional engineers and designers.
- Define and analyze metrics to inform product success.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years managing B2B software products.
- Experience with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate JTBDs.
- Strong understanding of APIs (REST, GraphQL, webhooks) and data exchange formats.
- Knowledge of integration patterns (ETL, iPaaS, event-driven architecture).
- Analytical mindset and systems thinking for data-informed decisions.
- Familiarity with customer and product discovery frameworks.
- Ability to engage in technical conversations and translate to non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with Lean Product Development methodologies.
- Domain experience in food service, food safety, or related fields.
- Experience commercializing software products.
- Experience managing change across multiple product offerings and platforms.
