What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategy and roadmap for activation & expansion product team, covering onboarding, activation, and attach.
  • Define end-to-end onboarding and growth experience for schools using AI and product-led growth principles.
  • Influence and communicate vision and progress with execs, c-suite, leadership, and cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with engineering, design, AI, data, and GTM teams to build and iterate in-app onboarding and upsell experiences.
  • Identify and remove friction in activation and attach funnels using data and customer feedback.
  • Design, run, and analyze experiments to improve conversion and critical metrics.
  • Define and report success metrics and share progress across teams.
  • Drive alignment and execution across PDE, GTM, and AI teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS.
  • Proven ownership of growth, onboarding, or activation funnels with measurable outcomes.
  • Hands-on operator able to define strategy, validate hypotheses, and deliver results quickly.
  • Strong prioritization and structured thinking skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Deep comfort with product metrics, funnel analysis, and experimentation (SQL a plus).
  • Collaborative and clear communicator building strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Experience launching or optimizing AI-powered features preferred.
