Key Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer needs and business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align the product roadmap with organizational objectives
- Understand existing and future customer needs through interviews, A/B testing, and conversations
- Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and usability studies to gather insights and feedback
- Analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable requirements and user stories
- Lead technical investments, including strategy, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Lead product design to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Create and iterate upon UI/UX designs to ensure alignment with product goals
Qualifications
- Minimum ~3 years experience in a product role, preferably in an early-stage business
- Exceptional execution capabilities, scrappiness, communication, and collaboration skills
- Passion for innovation in artificial intelligence
- Hands-on experience with SCRUM or other agile methodologies
Preferred Skills
- Track record of early-stage experience building products from prototyping to MVP to scaled launch
