Role overview
- Support Consumer Experience processes and platforms globally.
- Collaborate with product managers and business partners across Consumer Experience and engineering teams to deliver high quality features.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global business partners and technical/non-technical teams to conceptualize, analyze, design, and launch new products and improve existing products.
- Maintain customer-centric focus and own the documentation of requirements.
- Document business justification and projected return on investment to identify and prioritize project opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to communicate business requirements and support user acceptance testing and training phases.
- Use data and analytics to validate strategy and success criteria.
- Communicate status to partners and ensure the backlog is prioritized with clarity.
- Obtain key inputs from leadership and enterprise architecture teams, identify solutions and interdependencies.
- Maintain strong relationships with key partners within Consumer Experience and other internal and external teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as product owner delivering business-focused solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into clear solutions.
- Proficient in documenting product requirements, writing functional specs, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
- Expertise in Contact Centre CRM and Online Support.
- Proficient in process flow documentation and creating flows using Microsoft Visio and Miro.
- Effective working with cross-functional, global teams and senior partners.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to make timely decisions.
- Ability to multitask and shift between detailed and big-picture views.
- Strategic problem solver with leadership experience.
- Self-motivated and highly organized.
- Awareness of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles.
- Bachelor's or Masterβs degree in quantitative fields or MBA with analytics emphasis.
- Deep knowledge of consumer experience processes.
- Experience with SAP Inventory Management Software.
- Salesforce Service Cloud proficiency is highly desirable.
