Position Summary
- The Product Manager III will lead the strategy, delivery, and success of solutions aimed at a growing user segment.
- This role requires a product leader who can combine strong collaboration and communication skills with internal stakeholders, prospects, and other product managers.
- Youβll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to transform user and business needs into impactful product features.
- This person brings both energy and clarity, inspiring excitement around their product while driving operational discipline and clear prioritization.
- Youβll own the product lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring it delivers meaningful value to customers and meets business objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build, evangelize, and execute a shared vision & strategy for internal and external developer experiences
- Perform market assessments to keep abreast of the latest in the industry in order to benchmark and identify gaps
- Understand internal and external personas, discover user needs and pain points, and translate into detailed and actionable product requirements
- Drive product development with multiple teams of world-class engineers, designers, and product marketers
- Identify cross-ownership with partner teams and drive cross-org product effort
- Define and analyze metrics to measure progress towards success
Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications
- Bachelorβs Degree in related field
- 5+ years of related experience, masterβs degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience
- Experience defining vision and strategy for a technical product
- Experience going through a full product cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements and driving prioritization
- Experience working with APIs, SDKs, developer experience, and white label experiences
- A strong understanding of the developer community and a love of developer products and tools
- Experience driving impact through cross-functional leadership
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Minimal to light physical effort is required in performing duties
- Prolonged stationary periods at a desk and working on a computer
- Extensive use of computers, keyboards, and communication-based technology to exchange information
- Occasional walking and lifting may be required, and must be able to lift 15 pounds at any given time
