• 7+ years experience designing for enterprises with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Experience building platform-wide design systems, governance frameworks, and standards.
• Expertise in admin experiences, RBAC, audit trails, compliance features, and enterprise complexity.
• Ability to navigate executive stakeholders and align misaligned teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-zone design initiatives across admin, workspaces, and observability surfaces.
• Collaborate with executives to shape strategy and influence the company roadmap.
• Design AI governance UX, policy management, administrative AI agents, and real-time risk detection tools.
• Create scalable design systems that work for startups and large enterprises.
• Coach designers and build team capabilities in enterprise design.
