- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments
- Deep experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and product-led growth
- Strong leadership in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams
- Experience working in venture-backed startups or high-growth technology companies
