Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap in healthcare areas like wellness marketplace, customer enablement, and billing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers and data scientists.
- Align product vision across customer care, operations, and insurance teams.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a product-related role.
- Data-driven, structured and fact-based decision-making style.
- Ability to extract product insights from limited data and qualitative feedback.
- Strong written communication skills internally and externally.
- Experience interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm for teamwork, open mindset, and willingness to learn and teach others.
- Desire to challenge status quo in insurance and healthcare.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Experience coordinating with distributed teams is a plus.
