About the Role

  • Support testing and quality assurance across our mobile app and web platform.
  • Identify bugs, validate features, and ensure smooth digital experiences.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to support feature launches and elevate product quality.
  • Gain hands-on experience in quality assurance in a fast-growing fintech company.

What You'll Do

  • Thoroughly test features on mobile and web platforms before and after launch to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Report bugs or issues with detailed, actionable information and potential solutions.
  • Evaluate user experiences and workflows on mobile and web interfaces to identify improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering to maintain quality standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

What We Look For

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3.5 cumulative GPA or higher required for consideration.
  • Interest in product operations and strategy, with willingness to learn to influence outcomes.
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative methods to understand customer needs.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate product issues and needs into technical requirements.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

  • Familiarity with basics of product management and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or introductory SQL.
  • Understanding of effective UX principles through coursework or analysis.
  • Exposure to design platforms like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Experience using agile project management tools such as Jira or Atlassian suite.
