Responsibilities
- Own the vision for holistic consumer-facing e-commerce technology across all ordering channels.
- Transform core web product into a composable, flexible platform for B2B client customization.
- Define and deliver a reliable, intuitive Kiosk product for in-store ordering.
- Own strategy and roadmap for the customer-facing Branded Mobile App.
- Ensure foundational e-commerce platform incorporates modern technical best practices.
- Mentor and share technical and design expertise within the Digital Shopping Product Team.
- Lead product vision to modularize the e-commerce front-end for dynamic customization.
- Act as single-threaded owner for E-commerce Customization, Kiosk, and Branded Mobile App channels.
- Collaborate with engineering on web architecture, data integration, SEO, and scalability.
- Work with design teams to ensure consistent, intuitive user experience across all digital channels.
- Design and execute user research, A/B testing, and feedback mechanisms to optimize shopping flows.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in product management with multi-channel digital products (web, mobile, kiosk).
- Experience building products serving B2B customers with configuration and enablement tools.
- Strong working knowledge of web technologies, SEO, hosting infrastructure, and CMS roles.
- Expertise in UX principles and collaboration with visual design teams.
- Experience guiding QA practices, defining acceptance criteria, and managing test cycles.
- Experience managing products across web and native mobile (iOS/Android) environments.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills managing dependencies between product, engineering, and design.
