Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding: Translate client goals into tailored solutions, ensuring new clients are set up for success from day one.
  • Manage implementation lifecycle: Oversee onboarding with developers and designers, anticipating bottlenecks and delivering on time.
  • Own the client relationship: Manage communication, requirements, and escalations during onboarding, while working with Customer Success to strengthen relationships.
  • Own project scope: Keep Statements of Work and Order Forms aligned, and ensure enterprise configurations integrate smoothly with client systems.
  • Improve the platform experience: Partner with Product on UX/UI enhancements informed by client feedback and usage patterns.
  • Champion continuous improvement: Drive refinements that keep our platform evolving with client and business needs.

Requirements

  • Implementation expertise: Hands-on experience onboarding customized enterprise software or leading client delivery in a similar role.
  • Project management skills: Comfortable owning timelines, deliverables, and expectations across multiple stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude: Familiar with enterprise software systems and able to collaborate closely with development teams.
  • Strong communicator: Confident in managing client conversations and clear in sharing updates across teams.
  • Collaborative mindset: Works well across disciplines and builds alignment quickly.

Bonus Experience

  • Knowledge of the wealth management industry and its client workflows.
